Action Locking Overview

During the action locking period, the brand can modify or reverse an action you drove for them (i.e., an order generated through the tracking link you provided to your audience). A reversal happens if an instance occurs outside of the contract terms, like if a customer cancels a subscription and requests a refund. Actions are locked 15 days after the end of the day they are tracked.

View your locked actions

  1. From the top navigation menu, select Reports.

  2. From the left navigation menu, select Under Contract.

  3. Check the Locking Date column for the desired conversion.
