When you log in to the portal, you'll arrive at your dashboard. This screen contains relevant information about your profile, earnings, and opportunities to earn.
Profile summary
This section includes includes a summary of the important information on your profile:
- Your profile photo, name, and location. You can select Edit profile to update any of this information.
- A list of your connected social accounts, each marked with a checkmark once verified. Select Manage socials to connect, disconnect, or update your social accounts.
Create a tracking link
This section lets you generate a tracking link without leaving your dashboard. Refer to Create Tracking Links to learn more.
Share your promo code
This section appears if your brand has assigned a promo code to you. You can retrieve and share your promo codes easily from here.
Resource center
You’ll find a curated list of articles and guides from your brand, each with a thumbnail, title, short description, and Read more link. Select View All to browse everything available.
Your earnings
At the top of the page you can see information about your earnings:
- Lifetime Earnings balance: Your total earnings on the portal to date. This is the total sum of your Locked + Available + Withdrawn earnings.
- Locked: Amount of earnings that have been confirmed but aren’t available to withdraw yet.
- Available: Amount of earnings currently sitting in your account that you’re free to withdraw right now.
- Withdrawn: Total amount you’ve already withdrawn from your balance over time.
- Pending: Amount of earnings that are still too new to be locked or counted (for example, a sale that’s within its return window).
- Pending amounts are not included in the Lifetime Earnings balance until they’ve been cleared and become locked.
Attention required
This section flags anything that needs your action, such as:
- Banking details under review: A routine security check after you update your banking information. No action is needed; payments resume automatically once the review is complete.
- Tax form issues: Lets you know if a submitted tax document (e.g., a W-9) is invalid and needs to be resubmitted.
- Identity verification: Required before you can withdraw funds from your available earnings.
Select the expand icon in the top-right of this card to see all notices at once. This section only appears when there's something that needs your attention.
Browse & shop widgets
Several sections on your dashboard help you discover products to promote. Each shows a horizontal, scrollable row of items with the option to View All and arrow controls to see more:
- Top Categories: Popular product categories curated by your brand.
- Curated for You: Collections picked specifically for your profile.
- Featured This Week: Products your brand is highlighting this week.
My Collections
This section shows the product collections you've built. Each collection card displays a cover image, name, and item count. Collections currently live on your storefront are labeled On Storefront. Select View All to manage all of your collections.
Campaigns
Create content and get paid by joining campaigns. Continue growing your affiliate sales to become discoverable for paid partnership opportunities.
This section is organized into tabs so you can track where you stand with each opportunity:
- Invited: Campaigns a brand has invited you to join.
- Eligible: Campaigns you qualify for and can apply to.
- Applied: Campaigns you've applied to and are awaiting a decision on.
- Negotiating: Campaigns where terms are still being discussed.
- Participating: Campaigns you're actively working on.
- Completed: Campaigns you've completed.
- Declined: Campaigns you've turned down.
Surveys
Brands may ask you to complete short surveys (for example, to confirm details for an upcoming campaign or content request). Each card shows the survey name and a brief description.
