Set Up & Use Your Chrome Extension

The Chrome extension makes adding products to your collections and storefront faster and easier while browsing your brand’s website.

Note: The names and placement of items on this page may differ based on how your partnered brand has set up their Creator Edit portal. Reach out to your brand if you have questions.

Download the extension

Note: Not all Creator portals have a dedicated Chrome extension.

  1. On your Dashboard, below the Create a Tracking Link widget on the right, select Install Chrome Extension.

    • Alternatively, look for a banner on your Dashboard or Products page, and download the extension.

  2. Download the extension from the Chrome Web Store by selecting Add to Chrome.

  3. Pin the extension for ease of access. You can pin it by doing the following:

    • In the header bar of your browser, select [Extension] [Extensions].

    • Next to your brand’s Chrome extension name, select [Pin] [Pin].

  4. Navigate to your brand’s website.

  5. Select your pinned extension and enter your Creator portal Email Address and Password.

    • Alternatively, to sign in via another provider, see the Sign in via Single Sign-On (SSO) section below.

    • To change the language, use the [Drop-down menu] [Drop-down menu] in the top-left corner to toggle between available languages.

Important: Once you’ve installed the extension, the banners on the Discover and the Products page will disappear.

Sign in via Single Sign-On (SSO)

  1. Navigate to your brand’s website.

  2. Open the extension by selecting it in the top-right corner of your header bar.

  3. Select the SSO option you want to use:

    • [Google] [Google]

    • [Apple icon] [Apple]

    • [Old Facebook] [Facebook]

    • [LinkedIn] [LinkedIn]

  4. Follow the prompts to log in via the SSO provider (e.g., Google).

  5. Select the extension in your header bar to reopen it in a logged-in state.

Create a tracking link via your extension

Once you’ve set up your brand’s extension, you can start creating tracking links. To learn more about what a tracking link is, see Create Tracking Links.

  1. Navigate to your brand’s website or the product to which you want to create a tracking link.

  2. Open the extension.

  3. Optionally, if you plan to share your link on a specific social media account, select your Social Account from the [Drop-down menu] [Drop-down menu].

  4. Select Create Link.

    • Optionally, to customize the link slug (the text after the /), select [Edit] [Edit], then select [Check] [Check].

  5. Select [Copy] Copy Link to copy your tracking link. You can now share your tracking link with your audience.

Add products to your collections via your extension

  1. Navigate to your brand’s website, find the product you want to add to a collection, and then select your extension.

  2. Select [Hearted] [Heart] Add to Collection.

  3. Select [Unchecked box] [Unchecked box] Add collection to my storefront to add the collection to your storefront.

    • Optionally, you can create a new collection by entering the name of your collection in the search bar, then select Create <collection name> [Add].
