Verify your Instagram and Facebook accounts so you can import your social content performance metrics into the brand’s portal via an API. Your performance data is fed into the platform via the specific social channels’ API.
Connect your Business Page: You must have an Instagram Business or Creator account to connect your Instagram account. Your Instagram Business or Creator account must also be connected to a Facebook Business Page (not a personal profile).
On the dashboard, under the Create a tracking link section, you'll see the My social accounts section.
Select Edit.
Next to Instagram or Facebook, select Add.
Optionally, select Disconnect to unlink existing connections.
Follow the prompts to authorize and authenticate your Facebook or Instagram Business/Creator account.
